GRIT FIT BOOTCAMP is an indoor/outdoor group class that incorporates a combination of bodyweight movements along with endurance workouts for maximizing your fat-burning state longer. Our Holiday Prep series focuses on preparing you for SUCCESS in losing extra weight (AND keeping it off for the Holiday Season). Open to all levels.

Holiday Prep Series includes:

- 6 weeks of Unlimited Grit Fit Bootcamp classes

- Our V10 Nutrition Guide (to help you lose weight and improve overall health)

- Free Body Fat Testing (before & after)

- Coach guidance in every class

- Our Recovery Hour every Sunday 12:30-1:30pm


$199 for 6 wks

Rowers – AirDyne Bikes – Sleds – Jump Ropes – Dballs – Med Balls – Kettlebells – Dumbbells Sandbells – Tires – Boxes – Weight Plates 

  • Classes do NOT involve heavy weights or barbells.  HIGHLY recommended for those who want to lose weight. 

  • Grit Fit Bootcamp includes Recovery Class (Sundays 12:30pm) but does NOT include CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning or FNL
