People come to Defiant for various different reasons. Most people want to lose weight, get stronger and improve overall health and wellness. Some come here for the fun and camaraderie. Some come to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. And some come for the sport-specific training that enhances other sports and hobbies. One thing they all have in common–they all come here to change their life in one way or another.

You’ll never hit your bullseye without a clear shot. In order to achieve any goal, you need to have a plan. The simpler the better. This should involve small steps that are realistically attainable on a regular basis. Learn to crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. Let’s point your feet in the right direction.
Maybe you want to lose some weight. Maybe you want to learn specific skills like pull-ups or muscle ups. Maybe you want to add muscle and increase your lifts. You’ll never hit your bullseye without a solid starting point.

Question: Are you doing the things you need to do, regularly, to achieve this goal?
Question: Are you being held accountable?
